This chilled Japanese-style dessert is made with MORIKUNI’s sake lees and has a texture like an ice cream that never melts. On top of the soft, jiggly kuzumochi, we add frozen fruits for a cute and refreshing finish. It’s a delightful little summer treat. You can enjoy it in the shop or take it to go.
