おやっさんが帰りました‼
今年の仕込みもおかげさまで無事にひと段落し、杜氏の須川のおやっさんは先日、蔵を後にされました。 今年も十月初旬から約六か月にわたりお力添えいただき、若手スタッフへの指導も含め、大変お世話になりました。
おかげさまで、誰一人怪我をすることもなく、今季の酒造りを終えることができました。 今年もまた、美味しいお酒がしっかりと仕上がっております。
Our brewing season has come to a smooth close this year, and our toji, Mr. Sugawa, returned home a few days ago. From early October through these past six months, he has once again supported us greatly, including guiding our younger staff.
Thanks to his leadership and everyone’s efforts, we were able to complete this season’s brewing without any injuries. This year’s sake has also turned out beautifully, and we look forward to sharing it with you.
