小豆島新酒祭りでは、たくさんのお客様にお越しいただき、にぎやかに新酒のお祝いをすることができました。 遠方よりご参加くださった皆さま、そして一緒に祭りを盛り上げてくださった各店舗の皆さま、音楽で華を添えてくださった皆さまに、心より御礼申し上げます。 酒造りは、残すところあと6本の搾りとなりました。最後まで気を抜かず、丁寧に仕上げてまいります。 小豆島の小さな地酒蔵として、これからも皆さまに大切にしていただける存在であるよう、スタッフ一同、それぞれができることを考えながら、小豆島の魅力とともに酒造りを発信していきたいと思います。 We were delighted to celebrate the Shodoshima New Sake Festival in the lively company of so many guests. To everyone who traveled from afar to join us, to the local shops that helped energize the event, and to all the musicians who contributed with their wonderful performances, we extend our heartfelt gratitude. Our sake brewing is now down to the final six batches. We will continue to work with full dedication until the very end. As a small local brewery on Shodoshima, we hope to remain a cherished presence for everyone. Each member of our team will keep thinking about what we can do individually and collectively to share the charm of Shodoshima through our sake.
