2024年度は「小豆島にオリーブの実のなるころ‥」が中国大使館賞を受賞し、今回は「ながら、」純米大吟醸がグローバル賞を頂きました。 小豆島の酵母と、地元・香川の酒米オオセトを用いて仕込んだ、小豆島にこだわったお酒が2年連続で受賞できましたことは、小豆島の酒蔵として大変うれしく、誇りに思っております。 The awardees’ networking event for the 2025 (66th) Nippon Omiyage Award (National Recommended Tourism Souvenir Competition) was held on Friday, March 6 at the Tekko Kaikan in Tokyo. However, as we were in the midst of sake brewing, we were unable to attend, and the organizers kindly sent us the certificate.
In the 2024 competition, our product “Shodoshima ni Olive no Mi no Naru Koro…” received the China Embassy Award. This year, our “Nagara,” Junmai Daiginjo was honored with the Global Award.
It is a great joy for us as a Shodoshima brewery that our sake—crafted with Shodoshima yeast and the local Kagawa sake rice Ooseto, and rooted deeply in the character of our island—has been recognized for two consecutive years.
