チリカタドール金賞！賞状が届きました
南米チリで開催された「カタドール・コンペティション2025」において、
金賞を受賞した「ホシガジョウノソラ」の賞状が届きました。
カタドール・コンペティションは、本年で30回目を迎える、チリ国内でも高い知名度を誇る国際的な品評会です。
南米の地で、小豆島の酵母と地元・香川の酒米「オオセト」を使用したオリーブ酵母酒を評価していただけたことを、大変ありがたく感じております。
We have received the certificate for Hoshigajō no Sora, which was awarded the Gold Medal at the “Catad’Or Competition 2025” held in Chile, South America.
The Catad’Or Competition is an internationally recognized tasting competition that celebrates its 30th anniversary this year and enjoys a high reputation within Chile.
We are truly honored that our olive-yeast sake—crafted using Shodoshima yeast and the local Kagawa sake rice Ooseto—was so highly evaluated in South America.
