Our Honjo sake “Bibibi.”, nurtured by the gentle climate of the Seto Inland Sea, is now setting off on a journey across the ocean to Québec.
Crafted with pure island spring water, carefully grown rice, and the heartfelt dedication of our brewers, each bottle carries the spirit of Shodoshima. We send it with the hope that its quiet richness and warmth will bring a moment of peace and joy, even far from home.
