Today, we finally welcomed the long-awaited first pressing. This year, with new members joining us and under the guidance of our master brewer, three young staff members—who will carry the future of our craft—worked together to brew with dedication. Through challenges and constant learning, we continue striving to create delicious sake from Shōdoshima.
