【令和日本酒瀬戸内ダービー 参加のお知らせ】

小豆島酒造は、11月2日（日）に開催される「令和日本酒瀬戸内ダービー」に参加いたします！
今回は、人気店「にぼし食堂」さんとのスペシャルコラボが実現✨ MORIKUNIのお酒が、にぼし食堂さんのどんなお料理とペアリングされるのか…今からとても楽しみです！
当日は、蔵の若手スタッフが会場に伺い、仕込み真っ最中の酒造りの裏話や、お料理との相性など、ここでしか聞けない“美味しい話”をお届けします。

🍶 [Announcement: Participation in the Reiwa Sake Setouchi Derby] Shodoshima Shuzo will be participating in the upcoming Reiwa Sake Setouchi Derby on Sunday, November 2nd!
This time, we’re thrilled to collaborate with the popular restaurant Niboshi Shokudo ✨ We’re excited to see how MORIKUNI sake pairs with their delicious dishes—what kind of flavor harmony will emerge?
On the day of the event, our young brewery staff will be on-site to share behind-the-scenes stories about sake brewing (currently in full swing!) and chat about pairing ideas with the featured dishes. You might just hear some fascinating insights you won’t get anywhere else…
